Stories & Condolences

"Merri-Kay Pinkston was/is my mother whom I dearly love and miss everyday. I wish she could be here to interact with my children and to share stories with them. She was vibrant, fun to be around and she was fierce in life. Merri-Kay is survived by her daughters Devon Schnorr and Lisa Dragon and several grandchildren, Tyson, Skyler, Aidan, Keegan, and Bridget. She also is survived by her sister Jayney Solo and her family. Merri-Kay also left behind her husband, Darrell Pinkston and his daughters, Missy and Kim and their families. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. I will miss "Donut" the clown. Anyone wonder how she got the name "Donut". I gave it to her as little girl and she put my baby stacking rings in the pink wig. A lot of the other names were taken. I'll never forget she went to work right away on making her costume and I felt happy because I had made my mom happy. She always made an impression with her quick wit or her contagious laugh. I love you mom!!!" - Lisa Dragon
