"Scott Cool was a 1st Lieutenant in the Air Force working as a Deputy Financial Services Officer while stationed at Scott AFB, IL. (1993) He managed payroll, travel reimbursements, and contract payments processed by both Military and Civilian personnel. He was working on his MBA at the time of his death. Scott was killed by a drunk driver headed the wrong way on the highway while headed home from Saint Louis. Scott was a kind, smart and funny person. Scott positively touched many lives in his lifetime" - Duane Winder
